Remember to always include the recipients phone # on your order in case we have any questions upon delivery that we feel the recipient could answer best. Also, please include if the delivery needs an apartment #, a gate code or any other special delivery instructions. This information is crucial to a successful delivery.

I had this delivered to my dear friend who is mourning the loss of her mother. Her words…”absolutely beautiful”. My experience with Karen’s was nothing short of perfect. I’m in NC and when I received the confirmation, there was a typo in the card. I replied to the email and soon after, got a phone call. She was having trouble responding to my email and wanted to be sure I knew they got the email, made the correction, thanked me for noticing the typo, and answered another question. So glad I ordered directly with Karen’s and highly recommend for beautiful products and customer service.

Super easy to do online. Delivery was exactly as I requested, when I requested it. I’m in Virginia but the delivery was to my friend in Calvert County. Karen’s is her favorite florist and now I know why.
