Remember to always include the recipients phone # on your order in case we have any questions upon delivery that we feel the recipient could answer best. Also, please include if the delivery needs an apartment #, a gate code or any other special delivery instructions. This information is crucial to a successful delivery.

I ordered flowers from another florist for a funeral way in advance. On the day of the viewing I received a cancellation message that they were not going to be able to fulfill my order. I immediately got online and began searching for another florist. I knew of other’s who had placed orders with Karen, so I went ahead and did so. Karen’s called me to talk about the arrangement, which put my mind at ease. The flowers were beautiful and affordable. I was very grateful they were able to do the same day order.

Thanks for filling my order so quickly. It was a beautiful arrangement. At end of service, I kept a few flowers to dry them out as a remembrance of my sister. You do great work.

The flower arrangement was beautiful.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
