WIRE-OUTS (deliveries not within our delivery zone) - Arrangements, plants, "add-ons" (bears, candy, etc.), and pricing that are seen on our website may vary from the shop in which your order is sent. We will contact you with any problems or major changes that need to be made.
Remember to always include the recipients phone # on your order in case we have any questions upon delivery that we feel the recipient could answer best. Also, please include if the delivery needs an apartment #, a gate code or any other special delivery instructions. This information is crucial to a successful delivery.

I ordered the flowers online, but before I completed it, I called the shop. They were very kind and helpful. It was for difficult situation and they handled it with the utmost empathy and professionalism. They assured me the flowers would be delivered on time and they were.
